I love this work out. It is short where I can squeeze it in any part of my day, but intense enough to increase my heart rate. Plus it reminds you every day if you miss your workout :)

I like the 7 Minute Workout apps. Most have a good mix of exercises and require little to no equipment. Very convenient. I wish there was some consistency with the how-to videos. They are pulled from random sites and some are way too long to watch with too much narration. The videos showing the basic breakdown of the exercise with minimal narration work better in an app environment.
I like the exercises but sound goes "mute" after you do it a few times. I think they want you to purchase something to hear the sound.

Only had a little bit of time and this felt great to do!!
Theres not enough time in between exercises to set up for the next. While they are counting down to the next one the "model" should be showing you whats next
Great for a quick workout, awesome for travelling.
This is perfect for me with my limited time frame to work out during my toddlers nap. Going to try to add a few other workouts from this series.

Love this app. I use it as a warm up workout. Great way to get your heart pumping. Ladies, do not use this app as your only workout for the day. It isnt meant for that. It wont get you the results you want if you dont eat well and exercise more than 7 min a day
Quick and easy but still a good workout. No excuses not to do it - it is only 7 minutes!!

Appn kept closing down on me whenever i clicked a video but the workout plan worked fine. I usually do this workout after a fatty meal.. Gets heart rate going
Its good workout but the video dosnt work
If you try to play a video the whole app crashes. Which is pretty ridiculous for an iPhone app in 2014.
