By the end of the first workout youll start to sweat! Loved it. Definitely would recommend to those who wants to do a quick workout at home or on the go.
Im not much of a fitness person but after doing the 7 minute workout for women I decided to start doing this one too. Ive been doing it for a week and have already seen results! Its easy, fun, and you also get a good workout. Didnt give it a full 5 stars bc I still want to see better results a month from now.
Easy to do which makes me keep coming back and do the exercises.

I love doing this as the last part of my weight training hour or just do it when Ive been sitting at the office all day and just need a break. Now I would like a variety of different workout daily :)
I am a big girl who is thankful for these small workouts ... I break a sweat and that is what is needed. I appreciate the challenge.
Good app, short and sweet creates a mild sweat only but fits well into a busy schedule!

I just started using this workout and it sounds like a breeze but after u do it u can feel it for sure. Not to mention I was sore for days afterwards. I hope this helps kick my butt into shape!
Its forever stuck on a stupid advertisement and I cant close out. It was nice when it worked
I find this so helpful. As a part time mom, working, running a house and being a mom. I love that I can still workout even if I dont have time to go to the gym. Everyone has 7 minutes or so to do this. Thanks!
If one round gets me sweating. I like combining this w/ other 7 min workouts to get a full body workout at home!
No tricking u into downloading the app & finding out u have to pretty much purchase the entire app to even be able to use it. Easy to mix up the work out to ur preferences. Even lets u know the length of the workout while u set it up. Allows u to adjust time in between to get into your next position (which few I have tried have not taken that into account
I dont usually have a ton of time to work out, so this perfect. Quick and definitely effective!
