Turned off reminders in the app settings, and disabled notifications for app. Still get pop up reminders from app every day!!!! This app will spam you with reminders even if you turn them off, dont download!

Great lower body workout targeting hips, thighs and butt! Nice pictures to follow and I love the timer so u can have music in the background. Ill be doing this app each morning to get my heart rate up! Thanks!

It wont let my music play at the same time the app is running. It does not have built into to do both sides so you have to keep stopping the app. Could easily be much better.

This is a great quick workout for us moms who feel like we never get a minute to exercise!!
Just finished my first workout! It was pretty great and fun! My only complaint is that when you are doing something such as the side-lying leg raises it doesnt have it where you first do the left side then switch to the right prompt so you have to compensate for that by watching the clock to see when it gets halfway to switch. Besides that I think it was a blast!
I like this app! While it doesnt always tell you to switch sides, it lets you when youre "halfway there!" which is helpful for switching sides.
